  2. K. Schaar says:

I bought this game for my almost 4 year old daughter that is just starting to learn her letters. After playing just a few games, she was recognizing letters that she didn’t know before. Even my 11 year old son enjoyed playing and teaching his sister her ABCs. They both enjoyed yelling out “BINGO” when their cards were full. No need for a “winner” (Losing can be particularly devasting to my preschooler)…we just kept pulling the alphabet cards, so everyone could win! Fun and educational.

  3. My son just turned 5 is just plain stubborn about learning his letters. He knows almost all of them but refuses to work on the ones he has trouble with. The alphabet bingo game makes it fun for him and I always make sure that he has cards with the letters he needs to work on. After only a couple of weeks we have just a few more letters to go before he knows them all and he wants to play it every day.

  4. Anne says:

I actually bought this game at a garage sale and it seems like the previous owner barely used it. But, I really like it! It’s a great, simple game. It’s nice that it has so many game cards and if you’re using it at home, there’s plenty of spare chips to punch out if your children munch up a few. I’ve been creative with the game and used it to reinforce phonics sounds by making the sound of the letter and having my daughter guess the letter before she gets a chip to put on it. But, this game is actually much simpler to play than several others I have! So, I would recommend it!
