Editorial Review
Disney has always been masterful at two key initiatives: producing memorable children’s entertainment and marketing that same entertainment with overwhelming force. In this promotional board game, players attempt to move a family around a Disney theme park, stopping at various points along the way including Space Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean, Frontierland, and the Country Bears. Mickey, Donald, Peter Pan, Snow White, the Lion King characters, and various other familiar characters make appearances. As a game, it may deepen a child’s love for their Disney brand friends or simply reinforce the feelings that child already has. The game is also a bit complex and may be too tricky for younger children although if they play on a team with older kids or adults, they should be fine. Parents considering this game should be prepared to answer the question “when can we go to a REAL Disney park?” –Charlie Williams

I was really shocked to see ANY positive reviews of this game. It was the worst game I’ve ever played in my entire life. I played it with my 5 year old who loves everything and he hated it too. I’m not the kind of person to return something unless it is broken but I returned this after the first time playing it.
The rules are complicated.
The spaces are too small to count when you are moving.
There is little to no fun or imagination in playing the game.
This game takes the fun out of play.

We were disappointed that this game is based on disneyland not Florida’s Disneyworld. The Castle is Sleeping Beauty’s not Cinderellas etc. The photo’s look like they are from the 70′s. We were looking for a fun way to remember our trip to Walt Disneyworld and this wasn’t it.

My daughter got this game for her 6th birthday. It may be a better game for older kids, but i think it is a bit hard for a 6 yr old. The directions are pretty complicated and there is just too much to remember to do!

This game gets so much playtime in our house that we have had to replace it twice. It is a great game for anyone who has been to Disney or planning a trip. It brings out lots of discussions and memories of our trips. We wish they would make more games like this for Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios. Read the directions they look complicated but they really are not. The game takes about 30 minutes. Great for 6 and up or any Disney fan. AWESOME!!!!!
