4 Reveiws for Pokemon On A Roll Game

  1. A. Husted says:

We got this game for our 6 1/2 year old son. He’s a Pokemon fan, but not a gigantic fan. The game is very similar to Yahtzee–you roll the dice and match the dice with pictures on a game card. There is no math like Yahtzee, which makes this game slightly easier. It’s a good game for a single player, too. Our son enjoys playing the game and I definitely recommend it.

  2. Sara Samples says:

My son, at age four, has two criteria for games. The first is that he doesn’t have to read, and the second is that he has to be able to win. This game fits both criteria. Like Yatchzee, it’s a game of luck, simplified so that even the youngest players have a chance to win. The score cards show goals visually, so that littles can match up the dice with the pictures. The rules are simple and the frustration factor is pretty low. A perfect game for little pokemon fans!

this game is great for my 7 year old pokemon fan, great price, i like to play it too (my 5 year old doesn’t do too bad either although he loses interest since he doesn’t have the love of pokemon his brother does yet)…no prior knowledge of pokemon characters needed…great birthday present for anyone who like pokemon! (not like the cards that just build up in my opinion…)

  4. This was an impulse purchase at the drug store for my 8 year old nephew. We played three games when we got home and it was a lot of fun. We played one game with his mom and even SHE had fun… go figure. It’s a pretty basic game – roll the dice and come up with sets on the bingo card. Kind of Yahtzee like. Easy to learn, fun to play.

The littlest ones – 4 and 5 – were not able to play. I think the age recommendations here are spot on – 7 seems like a good age.
