I teach a group of children between ages 3 and 9. This was one of the most popular teaching tools I have used to date. The children stayed interested in the game and truly enjoyed demonstrating the poses. I found the best part about Yoga Bingo to be that the cards depict children performing the asanas, which instantly connected my students to the practice of yoga. The children can relate to the cards and are much more eager to show each other the poses than would be the case had the cards been stick figures or adults. This game is interactive and fun and makes yoga relevant to youngsters.
